No! At Timeless Photo, we proudly offer contract-free services. You’re never locked into long-term agreements—work with us whenever you need professional photography.
How do parents order photos?
Parents can easily view and order photos online through our secure parent portal. We provide a link with unique access codes after picture day.
What payment options are available?
We accept credit/debit cards. All payments are securely processed through our online ordering system.
Do you offer digital downloads as well as printed photos?
Yes! We offer both high-resolution digital downloads and professional prints.
How long does it take to receive photos after ordering?
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Digital downloads are available sooner.
What if my child misses school picture day?
We offer retake days for students or athletes who are absent, or if families would like a new photo taken
What happens if I’m not satisfied with the photos?
We want every family to be happy. If you’re not satisfied, please contact us, and we will work to resolve the issue.
How far in advance should we schedule a picture day?
We recommend scheduling at least 4-6 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially during peak seasons (fall and spring).

We offer a variety of classic and seasonal backgrounds. Schools can choose from our options, or request a specific theme or color.
Can we use the photos for yearbooks and student IDs?
Yes! We provide images in formats suitable for yearbooks, ID cards, and school administrative use.
Preschool & Daycare Picture Days
How do you handle young children who are shy or nervous?
Our school picture photographers are experienced in working with little ones. We take time to help them feel comfortable and use playful techniques to encourage natural smiles
Do you provide props for preschool photos?
Yes! We bring fun, age-appropriate props and colorful backgrounds to make the photos engaging and memorable.
Can parents choose from multiple shots?
Yes. We typically take a couple of shots of each child and allow parents to choose their favorites during online proofing on the parent portal.

What areas do you serve?
We serve Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, and the Treasure Valley. We also serve in the Magic Valley near Twin Falls as well, but are happy to discuss options for schools and teams outside this area.
